Almost everybody loves coffee. But while coffee, if consumed in reasonable amounts, can give you some health benefits and help you become more focused and productive, too much coffee consumption can do otherwise.
Overconsumption of coffee can break your focus by causing you anxiety and jitters and may lead to poor sleep quality. Excessive caffeine intake can also heighten your body’s stress response.
We’re not saying you should not drink coffee, but like everything else in the world, too much of one thing is bad for you.
